Customer Satisfaction is at the Heart of Revuto’s Model

If you know anything about Revuto, you’ll know that we are a consumer-centric project. Built from the ground up to serve a vast, globally distributed user base, our active subscription management platform will enable people to easily Block, Snooze or Approve services like Spotify and Netflix, adding convenience and cost-saving to the traditional subscription model.

We’re even bringing a swathe of nifty DeFi mechanisms such as micro-lending, liquidity mining and a virtual debit cards to the Cardano community.

Providing a Best-in-Class Service

Although Revuto was specifically built with customers in mind, it’s fair to say that we’ve always striven to improve our processes and deliver a better service for end-users. Indeed, it is our mission to become the number one customer service-oriented platform in the cryptosphere. To do this, we need to deliver superior UX and a friendly, problem-solving service that makes a mark on everyone who interacts with Revuto.

We’re also keen to roll out new and exciting features that turn Revuto from a simple subscription management service into a comprehensive ecosystem that generates value. Some of these features you might have heard about through the grapevine, while others remain very much under the hood. Don’t worry, all will be revealed in due course.

As well as processing seamless KYC onboarding, our customer-facing duties include taking ownership of open issues and interfacing successfully with our operations, engineering and commercial teams. At every stage of the customer journey, we ensure satisfaction through end-to-end management of service requests by maintaining ticket status, periodically reviewing requests with reference to escalation timeframe and timely closure, and prioritizing follow-up with the customer until all issues are resolved.

We also make a point of passing feedback from customers to the rest of the organization, whether you’ve messaged us on Twitter or Telegram or even raised something IRL at a summit or conference.

Award-winning Integrations

To this end, we overhauled our customer support in September by integrating Zendesk into our workflow. An award-winning customer service software platform trusted by almost a quarter of a million customers, Zendesk has helped us better achieve our objectives as far as user satisfaction is concerned. It’s also made our team members’ lives easier thanks to its suite of productivity and collaborative tools.

Speaking of tools, our internal user management CS tool has been a major breakthrough, thanks to our CTO and our development team. The CS tool is continually being fine-tuned with new features and fixes, too.

Zendesk hasn’t been our only fruitful integration, incidentally; we recently integrated with the digital distribution platform Discord, enabling users to get direct support from our team via a simple /support bot command. With this fantastic integration, we hope to achieve better connectivity, seamless interaction, and high-grade support without users ever having to leave Discord — a platform where we’ve enjoyed appreciable growth in recent weeks.

We trust that this integration will help us set the stage for better engagement and communication with our users. The next feature updates to roll off the production line will include a live chat integration on our revamped website, along with a knowledge base for faster one-stop solutions.
