How to register for voting in the Catalyst Fund 14 and help Revuto with its proposal to boost USDM and USDA adoption via “Buy Now, Pay Later” loans.
New round of Project Catalyst Fund is about to start! Project Catalyst is the world’s largest decentralized innovation engine for solving real-world challenges, and Cardano projects are applying once again to take Cardano to new heights.
This time, to help Cardano adoption grow and, more specifically, their most popular stablecoins, $USDM and $USDA, gain much-needed exposure and utility in real-world use cases, such as allowing users to pay for their prepaid subscriptions with massively popular “Buy Now, Pay Later” loans, Revuto has submitted a proposal for Fund 14.
During the week, the Revuto Team will publish a dedicated blog post to explain the importance of its proposal for Cardano, including Cardano stablecoins, as well as the Revuto project and its users.
To cast your vote and support the best proposals to get funded, you need to register your vote in the Catalyst app, and this article will give you a complete overview of the process.
Please register ASAP, as there is a strict timeline to follow.
These are the prerequisites you need to have to participate
- Minimum requirement of 25 ADA *excluding rewards*
- Before registration, you must install the latest version of the Catalyst Voting application on your mobile device.

- Android users: “Catalyst Voting” on the Google Play Store
- IOS users: “Catalyst Voting” on the App Store
Once you have downloaded the app, you will see a large blue button labeled “Connect wallet”. Tap on it and select the option you want to use.
Open your Cardano wallet and follow the instructions within to connect your apps.

For other wallets, such as Eternal, follow the given instructions within the app
Within the app, a status feature highlights your readiness for the voting round. It may take some time for the voting app to recognize a new (very recent) registration (up to 24 hours) and confirm it visually only later. In such a scenario, it may say ‘Wallet not found”. As long as your wallet correctly implements the registration standard, it does not affect the snapshot itself, as your registration would be recorded on the blockchain regardless. Ensure that your QR/PIN code is securely stored and that it corresponds to the latest registration made before the scheduled snapshot. Do not mix QR/PIN codes from the same wallet (or others), or the connection will not work.
Note: there is a registration fee of 0.17–0.18 ADA
Voting power will be updated during the new snapshot, which will take place on September 11, 2025, at 9:45 UTC, and will be displayed once voting begins at the latest.
IMPORTANT: Regardless of your wallet, each registration will provide you with a unique QR code and PIN. These must absolutely be saved. No QR code saved, no vote! No PIN code saved, no vote!
