Revuto Tech Talks #1: Development Roadmap and Custodial Wallet Infrastructure

Dear Revutonians, as you already know, every Thursday, we’ll be releasing short YouTube video sessions from the new series we call “Revuto Tech Talks.” Every week, someone from our team will be talking about blockchain technology, technical challenges with building on Cardano, our product updates, upcoming partnerships, short and long-term plans, and similar.

Today is the day we start with our weekly video sessions “Tech Talks”.

As we already mentioned, we chose to do such videos to provide you with additional information and transparency about what we do and how we do it. In the Revuto team, several blockchain specialists are helping us build products on Cardano. We’re proud to say that they do all the back-end development in-house with only occasional help from outside the company. Unlike us, many other Cardano projects outsource their product development with external agencies (they call them studios) to do the same. Our path may be more challenging, but we believe the product and the know-how should stay between the company walls, and with the help of short Tech Talk videos every Thursday, we’ll try to show you why.

Our lead blockchain solution specialist Kristijan Glibo, in this episode, talks about the development roadmap and wallet infrastructure. Bear in mind that we have pulled him after an all-night shift, and based on that, you can see how determined these guys are!

In this video, Kristijan will guide you through the development of our custodial wallet and all the troubleshooting we have stumbled upon in our journey.

Kristijan Glibo is the first developer from the Revuto team who will tell you about our wallet infrastructure and why we had recent problems. Although some of our team members are not fluent English speakers, and you may notice how tired some of them are (at least Kristijan was because he is working night and day), we hope they’ll manage to show you how complex the things behind the Revuto app are and that we have the right expertise to solve all eventual problems while developing it.

Revuto’s “Tech talks” videos are prerecorded but not staged. We’ll try to do them in one take so you can see the effort our team is putting into this. We hope some of the videos may educate you on the technical specifications and some specifics (differences) of the Cardano ecosystem.
