The Crypto Wallet is out and Revuto goes cross-chain!
After months of development and weeks in testing, Revuto’s Crypto wallet, supporting top cryptocurrencies, is finally out and ready for worldwide users!
If you haven’t already — Update your app now and test the new Crypto wallet!
Launching a crypto wallet is a major milestone for Revuto, as it is the foundation for our cross-chain functionality, finally enabling all crypto users to use the Revuto app.
This is achieved by using Fireblocks’ industry-leading wallet infrastructure and by integrating with the KuCoin exchange to enable the token fast-swap feature.
By utilazing both integrations Revuto is now ready to support any major cryptocurrency, including all L1 and L2 blockchains and their DeFi protocols for staking. Therefore, Revuto is now able to offer a wide range of the most popular staking opportunities in the new and upcoming Staking Center.
More importantly, the recently released Crypto wallet is a much-needed foundation for our major products we’ll release this year, including Crypto Debit Cards and “Buy Now, Pay Later” microloans for subscription payments.
First, let’s explain some unique features of Revuto’s Crypto Wallet.
- Very fast, cheap, and easy to use
Revuto’s Crypto wallet was built to offer even non-crypto-savvy users an opportunity to easily, very cheaply, and quickly handle their crypto. For that purpose, every Revuto user can easily access the Crypto Wallet from the main menu in the Revuto app, where users can add, hold, swap, and send (spend) top cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL, BNB, DOGE, TRON, and ADA, as well as REVU, NIGHT, and SNEK from the Cardano ecosystem.
- Instant and free crypto transfers between Revuto users.
One of the key features of the newly introduced Crypto wallet is the option to instantly send funds to other Revuto users directly from the mobile contact list without paying any fees. Transactions happen in seconds, and there’s no need to know your friend’s crypto address.
One of the biggest problems with onboarding new users to crypto is the rather complicated process of obtaining a crypto address and sending it to your friend so they can receive funds. To solve the problem, Revuto lets you send the funds directly from your Crypto wallet to anyone on your mobile contact list via direct message on popular messaging apps. There are a few advantages of doing so.
- No need to worry about the receiving crypto address or whether the new user has it. The receiver, even if they’re not a Revuto or crypto user, will receive a message with information about the funds received, from whom, and instructions on how to register with Revuto. The funds sent are tied to the recipient’s mobile number, so when the new user registers with Revuto using that number, they’ll automatically receive funds in their crypto wallet. Revuto will withhold the sent funds for 48h during which the new user has time to register with Revuto and get the funds, otherwise, funds will be sent back to the sender. The process is super easy. - Once the receiving user registers with Revuto, he immediately becomes referred friend. Meaning the user is added to sender’s referral program and starts collecting referred rewards (a passive income): Adding their friends to Revuto and their referral program is very important for the Revuto users because their friends user activity within Revuto ecosystem (topping up debit cards, spending on subscriptions, staking and more) will generate them a substantial passive income in REVU tokens.
- Easy fund transfers between Cardano and any other top cryptocurrencies.
Revuto offers a unique setup with two wallets in one mobile app: one is the Cardano wallet, which supports basic wallet activities, including fast token swaps, and the second is a Crypto wallet that supports the same but for the most popular cryptocurrencies. Both wallets are connected via the token send feature, allowing the user to easily move funds between wallets in ADA or REVU without entering the recipient’s crypto address. The major difference between the two wallets is in the technical setup where Cardano wallet is a non-custodial wallet where the user needs to create the wallet and keep his seed (recovery) safe to be able to restore funds on the Cardano blockchain, while the Crypto wallet is a custodial wallet built on very safe and proven Fireblocks infrastructure.

***The above means that the user can easily, in just a few simple steps and a single mobile app, transfer funds from, let’s say, Solana to any Cardano token or vice versa.
- The necessary foundation for the most important Revuto products.
During the year, Revuto will release three crucial products for its business:
- Debit Cards that support crypto for subscription payments
- Debit Cards for Apple/Google Pay
- An unique BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) micro-loan for prepaid subscriptions.
To allow payments, the user will add funds to Revuto VISA Debit Cards directly from the Crypto wallet in USDT and/or USDC.
- Revuto VISA Debit Cards
Revuto Debit cards for subscription payments supporting top-ups in crypto are coming in Q2 this year. Revuto was very unfortunate not to be able to launch cards earlier and keep them running due to regulatory scrutiny of card-issuing and banking providers offering such services. With the newly signed card issuer (Reap) and in partnership with Kyrrex for crypto on/off-ramping, Revuto will offer non-KYC VISA Debit Cards to theusers worldwide.
Meaning, this time, a key Revuto product, an active subscription management system, will be available to users across the globe, regardless of their region.
- Apple and Google Pay
This time, Revuto will allow users to create one VISA Debit card for general spending and add it directly to their Apple or Google Pay wallets, allowing fast online/offline transactions.
- BNPL — Buy Now, Pay Later
As one of the most innovative fintech companies in the subscription payment industry, Revuto is taking it one step further this time by offering a widely popular BNPL feature, but for the first time, built entirely on web3 technology.
The product will allow eligible Revuto Pro users to borrow funds to pay for their subscriptions using Revuto Debit Cards and return the loan within 30 days. In the beginning, the loans will be limited to $200 per loan and up to one active loan per user. Revuto will charge a fixed closing fee of 8% for the loan.
We believe BNPL will bring us a significant number of new users, as user behaviour shows growing interest in micro-loans that allow users to postpone payment upon purchase. We believe we have all been in a situation where there’s a payment due date we’d love to postpone for various reasons and pay later if possible.
Still, this is not just a matter of mechanics. For the first time in the world, with the Revuto app, users will be able to postpone payment for prepaid services that require upfront payment for the next billing cycle. In such a setup, a short 30-day loan to cover payments to prepaid service providers could do wonders for users, helping them better manage their money and maximize their financial potential.
Revtuo will issue more information on the setup and how everything will work (mechanics) in the coming weeks. Please follow our social media for updates, as the setup will also provide an opportunity for liquidity providers to earn in USDT and/or USDC.
