Revuto’s Powerhouse Partnership Network

If you’ve followed us for some time, you’ll know that one of our major goals is to broaden our reach primarily within the Cardano family and then subsequently expand it through the entire crypto community and introduce Revuto to a wider audience with the launch of our Virtual Debit Cards and subscription management function. Creating synergies within the Cardano community has long been an objective of ours, and recently we’ve confirmed a flurry of new partnerships that does just that. Forming alliances with fellow Cardano builders is a no-brainer because it introduces Revuto to other users familiar with the network and vice versa. It also strengthens the overall value proposition of Cardano because we can put our brains together and work to solve challenges that we all face. In doing so, we can help make the network a more attractive venue for DeFi users from all around the world.

We have started 2022 on the right note, by teaming up with some of the best and most promising Cardano projects and adding their tokens to our farming pools in the Revuto Staking Center. Last week, we let the cat out of the bag by confirming our partnership with COTI, the issuer of Cardano’s algorithmic stablecoin DJED. The net result is that the crypto-backed stablecoin DJED is coming to the Revuto app, and users will have the opportunity to load their Revuto debit cards with DJED. It will also be possible to lock REVU as collateral in order to borrow Djed. Naturally, our partnership with COTI has been in the pipeline for a long time and we’re already exploring avenues for further collaboration.

Discovering the best staking deals in the Cardano universe

Back in February, after the launch of REVU staking pools in the Revuto Staking Center, we announced VyFinance and SundaeSwap farming pools where our Revutonians get the opportunity to earn SUNDAE and VYFI tokens by staking REVU tokens. Demand to stake REVU was so crazy that the Hard Cap was filled for both staking pools in the first few days even before the end of the subscription period. It is worth mentioning that thanks to our staking pools, we have already locked more than 24M REVU tokens in our staking pools, which is almost 50% of the REVU circulating supply. Some of the mind-blowing staking pools are yet to come as our Revutonian astronaut explores new staking planets on his mission to find the best available deals in the Cardano universe.

Stake REVU to earn GENS in our first special ISPO

The ability to generate passive income is one of the biggest draws of the decentralized finance sector, which has around $289 billion locked in its various protocols according to DeFi Llama. Naturally, we are conscious of users’ expectations when it comes to DeFi, which is why we’ve been focusing on furnishing supporters with numerous earning opportunities within the Cardano ecosystem. As already mentioned, Revuto is regularly exploring new ideas to provide additional benefits for REVU holders, and thanks to our recent collaboration with DeFi protocol Genius Yield, Revuto users will now have the chance to earn GENS tokens through the first Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO) of its kind!

For the first time in history, Revuto users now have the unique opportunity to participate in the initial distribution of supply for a new Cardano Native Token by staking REVU tokens under the most competitive terms in the Cardano ecosystem.

In the Revuto Staking Center, users can now stake REVU tokens to earn GENS, and rewards will be distributed as a part of the initial distribution of GENS tokens. The best part is that Genius Yield ISPO rewards in the Revuto Staking Center will be almost 3X boosted, meaning GENS rewards in the Revuto Staking Center will be significantly higher in comparison to regular Genius Yield ISPO rewards!

The good news for Revuto users doesn’t stop there. It is also important to emphasize that distribution of GENS rewards earned through the Revuto Staking Center will be distributed in the next 24 hours after the end of the 90-day staking period, or, if the staking period ends before Genius Yield Token Generation Event, GENS tokens will be distributed within 30 days after the GENS Token Generation Event. Users who delegate ADA in the standard ISPO will need to wait for the distribution of GENS tokens for 6 months after the Genius Yield TGE for the first 50% of ISPO rewards, and 12 months for the remaining half.

Genius Yield Staking Pool Overview

• Staking Pool Hard Cap: 10,000,000 REVU (first-come, first-served)

• GENS token allocation: 100,000 GENS

• Minimum staking amount per user: 2,000 REVU

• Maximum staking amount per user: 200,000 REVU

• Subscription period: 14 days

• Staking period: 90 days

100 REVU Staked = 1 GENS reward

1 GENS reward for every 100 REVU you stake in the pool is the guaranteed minimal amount which can grow depending on the total amount of the REVU tokens staked in this pool. We used this simple reward structure to be fair and easily understood by everyone. Although the amount of earned GENS tokens is fixed and based only on the amount of REVU tokens you initially staked and the total amount of REVU staked in this pool, the APR requires a different calculation and correlates with the price volatility of both assets. We believe APR will, in the end, turn out to be significantly higher than the APR shown in the Revuto Staking Center. The stated APR is based on the current REVU price, total amount of REVU tokens staked in the pool and $1 GENS token price estimate for the final Public Sale Round. However, GENS token is still not listed on exchanges, therefore it is not possible to know what will be the price of GENS to calculate the exact APR in advance.

Let’s take one example in which we would reach Hard Cap and a user stakes the maximum of 200,000 REVU, and then compare it with the regular Genius Yield ISPO. At the time of writing, the current price of the REVU token is $0.094, meaning the USD value of 200k REVU would be $18,800 or approximately 15,800 ADA. With 200,000 REVU staked through the period of 90 days in the Special Genius Yield ISPO in the Revuto Staking Center, you would earn 2,000 GENS tokens. If you were to delegate the same amount of ADA through the mentioned period of 90 days, which is around 18 epochs, you would earn 711 GENS tokens through the regular Genius Yield ISPO, (0.0025 GENS are rewarded per epoch for every ADA staked). That being said, by staking REVU in the Revuto Staking Center, you can boost your Genius Yield ISPO rewards up to 3X compared to the regular ISPO.

The subscription period for Genius Yield ISPO within the Revuto Staking Center starts today, Wednesday, April 6 2022, at 13:00 UTC and will last 14 days until April 20, 2022 at 13:00 UTC. During this period, investors will be able to stake a minimum of 2k REVU and a maximum of 200k REVU in only one transaction. Meaning: You cannot stake more than one time. No multiple transactions per user. One user = one transaction. The staking period will start on April 21, 2022 at 13:00 UTC and will last for 90 days. One more important caveat to highlight is that in the event that we fill up the pool and reach the Hard Cap in the first 24 hours, the pool will promptly be locked and no more tokens can be added. So hurry up and secure your spot in the first special ISPO in the Revuto Staking Center.

Note: To be able to send out REVU in the Genius Yield staking pool in the Revuto wallet, you’ll need to have a sufficient amount of 1.7 ADA for the transaction fee. 1.44 ADA is the minimum amount needed due to Cardano’s UTXO setup + 0.18 ADA for the transaction fee. You will receive your 1.44 ADA back after your REVU tokens return from the staking pool to your wallet. This setup doesn’t have anything to do with the Revuto wallet, but with existing Cardano blockchain UTXO requirements. Once you pledge your tokens to the staking pool, they are locked for a period of 90 days. During that time frame, you cannot withdraw your tokens and you can’t harvest rewards until the lock-up period ends. Please note that users will not receive GENS rewards during the subscription period.
