The Revuto App Has Arrived!

Well, that moment has finally arrived! Yesterday, at 12pm Central European Summer Time (CET), the long-anticipated Revuto app made its way into the world!

To say that we’ve come a long way would be an understatement. Over the past year we’ve transformed a pipe dream into one of crypto’s hottest projects, bringing thousands of followers along for the ride. So it’s no wonder the maiden version of the app — available on both iOS and Android — attracted 1.19 million server requests in just three hours!

The release follows a busy period of testing, with our team working tirelessly to ensure the app operates flawlessly from the get-go. Based on the early feedback we’ve received, those efforts were not in vain: the app has been met with acclaim, with users commenting on its impressive functionality and design. Many have also been busy sharing referral codes, which enable friends and family to earn REVU tokens.

V1 Has Liftoff: Here’s What You Need to Know

As previously announced, the mobile application is initially available for early signups — i.e. Revuto referral program users — as well as for REVU Token Sale investors.

The app displays a REVU token balance which reflects the status of users’ tokens from the get-go, meaning those collected via the referral program and purchased during the Token Sale.

The KYC requirements are refreshingly simple, comprising a selfie, ID card, and proof of address. Those who do not have a valid citizenship document confirming their address cannot proceed, and only existing app users (early sign-ups and Token Sale investors) can share a referral code and invite new participants to log in. As outlined in a recent blog post, the referral reward has been reduced from 10 to 5 REVU tokens.

Although the app has made an instant impression with our community, and many kinks were ironed out during the development/testing phase, we should clarify that functionality updates will continue right up until September. Whereupon the app will be fully loaded and users can get to grips with managing their subscriptions — Blocking, Snoozing and Approving as they see fit. Not to mention acquiring and topping up their very own Revuto Virtual Debit Cards with REVU tokens, and sending/receiving tokens from their REVU crypto wallet. Spending analytics and notifications/alerts will also become available.

For the avoidance of doubt, the steps one must follow to enter the app are as follows:

• Sign in to your Revuto account

• Enter your email

• Find your magic link

• Choose a passcode

• Confirm your identity and verify with KYC

Easy, huh? Rest assured we’ll continue collating responses and feeding them back to our developers. As good as the app is right now, it’ll be much improved by September.
